1. Diagnose
Diagnostics is one of the most important parts of the repair process. Each repair needs to be put through a full and thorough diagnosis process. This is where we discover the issue behind the symptom..
2. Quote
Unless otherwise discussed, before we carry out any repair on your PC we will let you know what the cost of the repair is and explain what we work will be carried out.
3. Repair
Once we have diagnosed the issue and agreed the price of the repair work to be carried out we move on to ordering any parts required and repairing the PC.
4. Test
After the repair is carried out one of our engineers will complete a full test of the PC to ensure that the original fault is no longer present and no new fault has appeared.
5. Clean for Collection
After the PC being on the test bench for a period of time one of the computer repair engineers will clean the vents, screen and keyboard ready for you to collect.
6. Hand Over
When you collect the PC we will talk you through the issue and answer any questions you may have. All our repairs are guaranteed and if you need to call to ask any further questions we are happy to help.
